| Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Please remember that you are responsible for your payment. Remember too, that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs...not even companies that are "full-pay" plans. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or any balance not paid by your insurance. These balances are due and payable at the time of each treatment visit. |
